CINNAMON ROLLS 
2 loaves (1 lb. each) frozen bread dough
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk or cream
2 tbsp. light corn syrup
Sugar
Cinnamon
Soft butter

Thaw bread (follow package directions) until cool and soft. Cook butter, sugar, cream (and corn syrup) just until bubbly. Pour into 9 x 13 pan (aluminum works best).

Smush bread dough together. Roll out to about 8 x 16 inch. Smear with soft butter; sprinkle on some sugar and cinnamon. Roll up, starting at 16 inch side. Cut into 15 pieces, and put into the pan. Push them down until their edges touch. Let rise in a cozy, warm spot until puffy (about 30 minutes). Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake 20 to 30 minutes until golden brown. Turn out onto serving tray.
