BANANA CREAM PIE 
1 vanilla pie crust recipe
1 (4 serving) sugar-free banana instant pudding
1 pkg. nonfat whipped topping, whipped
1 1/2 c. skim milk

Prepare pie crust per directions and bake 8-10 minutes. Cool completely. Prepare pudding using 1 1/2 cups milk. Prepare whipped topping as directed. Fold topping into pudding. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
