BAKED TOMATOES 
Lg. ripe red tomatoes
Parmesan cheese
Sweet basil
Dried parsley
Squeeze butter
Garlic powder
Salt & pepper

Slice tomatoes very thick (3 to 4 slices per tomato). Top with basil, parsley, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Coat heavily with cheese, and squeeze butter on top to melt through as they cook. Bake at 350 to 400 degrees until soft and cheese is cooked to a golden brown, but watch that they don't burn.
