CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

1 (6 oz.) pkg. Lorna Doone cookies
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix cookies, sugar, cinnamon and butter. Reserve 3/4 cup mixture for topping. Press remainder into bottom and sides of a 9-inch round pan.

FILLING:

1 lb. cream cheese
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. + 2 tbsp. sugar
1 pt. sour cream

Beat cream cheese 10 minutes (important!). Add remaining ingredients. Pour into shell. Cover with reserved topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Leave in oven to cool with door open, then chill.
