CRAB MOLD 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
3 tbsp. cold water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped celery
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 can crabmeat, or 1/2 lb. fresh crabmeat (Imitation crab may be used)

Heat soup, undiluted, with cream cheese. Dissolve gelatin in water. Add all remaining ingredients and stir together. Pour into 4 cup mold. Refrigerate overnight. Good served with buttery sesame crackers.
