CHICKEN SALAD 
5 c. cooked chicken (5 breasts) debone and cut up into small pieces
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green onions (include some tops for color)
1 can water chestnuts (chopped)
2 c. pineapple tidbits

You can mix ahead at this point.

1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
4 tbsp. chutney (but not necessary)
1 tsp. curry powder

Mix this with 1 can chow mein noodles in chicken mixture. Is good even if noodles get soft, or add noodles when serving.
