APPLE CRISP 
4 c. cut, cored, peeled apples
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. flour
1 c. uncooked rolled oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. melted butter

Place apples in greased casserole dish after mixing with lemon juice, white sugar and cinnamon.

Combine dry ingredients and add melted butter, mixing until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until apples are tender. Top with Cool Whip after cooled.
