CHICKEN AND BEAN SOUP 
8 c. water
1 c. dry Northern beans
1 c. dry kidney beans
1 tsp. sage
1 (2 envelopes) pkg. onion soup mix
2 whole boneless, skinless breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 c. snipped cilantro
1 tbsp. white pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt

Heat water, beans, sage and soup mix to boiling in 4-quart Dutch oven. Boil 2 minutes; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 2 1/2 hours. Stir in chicken and cilantro. Cover and cook until chicken is done, approximately 30 minutes.
