MINI MEAT PIES 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Pkg. of 10 refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
Shredded cheese

Cook and stir beef and onion; drain off excess fat. Stir in the ketchup, mustard, and a little water as needed to keep mixture moist. Simmer 5-10 minutes.

Grease 10 sections of a regular size muffin tin. Separate biscuits and place in each of the greased muffin tins. Press the biscuits up the sides of the tin to form a crust.

Distribute the meat mixture evenly in the biscuit - lined muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Sprinkle tops of pies with shredded cheese. Bake another 5 minutes, or until brown. Makes 4 servings.
