MEXICAN CHICKEN 
1 chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup or chicken
1 soup can milk
1 chopped onion
1 lb. Velveeta Jalapeno cheese
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
3 c. chicken broth

Boil chicken, save broth, cool chicken, bone and chop. Melt cheese and milk. Add 1 large onion, chopped, and 3 cups chicken broth in large pan. Layer chicken and Doritos or tortilla chips. Pour melted cheese over all. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
