CHERRY CHEESECAKE 
1 lb. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. sour cream

FOR CRUST:

1 1/4 c. graham crackers, crushed
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. butter, melted

FOR TOPPING:

1 can cherry pie filling or fresh strawberries, drizzled with melted currant jelly

1. Beat cream cheese with sugar; add eggs, vanilla and sour cream and mix well. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter and pat into 9-inch springform pan. Pour cheese mixture into crust.

2. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Leave in oven with door closed, oven turned off, for 1 hour. When cool, top with cherries or strawberries and refrigerate.
