BAKED BRISKET 
3-5 lb. beef brisket
6 oz. can tomato paste
3 cans water
1 env. dry onion soup mix
Few generous dashes of soy sauce

Place beef brisket in a large baking pan. In a mixing bowl combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over brisket and cover tightly with aluminum foil.

Bake in 325 degree oven for approximately 3 hours or until tender. Makes a great sauce for over rice.
