PUMPKIN PIE 
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
3 dashes ground cloves
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. cooked pumpkin (canned or fresh)
1 c. canned milk

Beat sugar, flour, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Stir in eggs, pumpkin, and milk. Pour into 2 pie shells. Bake in 400 degree oven for 50 minutes or until table knife inserted into pie comes out clean.
