RICE PILAF 
3 c. rice
7 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. Fideo (or thin) noodles
1 tbsp. butter
Pepper to taste

Break up Fideo noodles and brown in broiler. Bring chicken broth to a boil. Add rice, noodles, butter and pepper. Turn down heat to a simmer and continue cooking for approximately 20 to 30 minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed and rice is soft but not sticky. While rice is cooking, stir occasionally.
