CARAMEL POPCORN 
8 qts. popcorn
2 c. brown sugar
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. maple flavoring
1/2 tsp. baking soda - add later

Boil 5 minutes - remove from heat - add baking soda and stir. Cover popcorn. Bake in oven at 200 degrees for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes.
