BUTTERMILK BROWNIES 
1 c. water
2 sticks butter
1/4 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring water, butter, and cocoa to a boil. Take off of stove and add sugar, flour, and salt. Then add rest of ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes and NO more.

ICING:

1 stick butter
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. cocoa
1 lb. box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
Nuts to taste (1 c. or more)

Bring butter, buttermilk, and cocoa to a boil. Take off of stove and add powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt. Add nuts last. Spread on cake while hot.
