3 or 4 bananas
1 box Duncan Hines banana supreme cake mix
1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding mix

Mix the cake mix and pudding mix together and prepare cake mix according to package directions. Put into three pans and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Put sliced bananas on each layer and cover with the icing below.

ICING:

2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk

Mix the above ingredients together and cook over low heat, stirring. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute. While the icing is warm, pour over each layer as you stack it.
