CRAB MEAT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. flaked crab meat
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. parsley
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. paprika
1 hard boiled eggs, chopped (opt.)
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/2-3/4 c. medium white sauce

WHITE SAUCE:

3 tbsp. Crisco
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk

Cook white sauce until thick.

Mix altogether and put in buttered casserole, dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
