ALMOND JOY CAKE 
1 box chocolate cake mix (I use fudge cake recipe)
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 1/2 c. sugar
24 lg. marshmallows
14 oz. bag coconut
1 stick butter
12 oz. bag chocolate chips (I use milk chocolate)
1 c. pecans

Mix cake mix as directed. Bake in an 11"x17" pan for 15 minutes or until done.

Heat 1 cup evaporated milk, 1 cup sugar and marshmallows until melted. Add coconut. Pour on cake.

Mix 1 1/2 cups sugar, 1/2 cup evaporated milk, 1 stick butter. Bring to boil. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips and pecans. Stir until chips are melted. Spread over coconut mixture.
