MYSTERY LEMON CUSTARD 
1 c. milk
2 eggs, separated
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour, heaping
1 lemon juice & grated rind

Combine sugar and flour. Stir small amount of milk with egg yolks. Mix the sugar, milk, egg yolks and lemon juice & rind. Beat egg whites until they hold peaks. Fold into mixture. Pour into buttered custard cups. Set cups in a pan of water to bake. Bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
