1 1/4 c. applesauce
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
3 tbsp. milk
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. pecans
1/4 c. brown sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease two loaf pans well.

In a large bowl, combine applesauce, sugar, oil, eggs, and milk. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and allspice. Add to applesauce mixture, beating well. Fold in nuts. Put into prepared pans, filling half full.
