CHRISTMAS CRAN-MINCE PIE 
2 c. prepared mincemeat
3/4 c. canned jellied cranberry sauce
1 1/2 c. pared diced tart apples
1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 recipe plain pastry (using 2 cups flour)

Combine mincemeat and cranberry sauce. Stir in apples, lemon peel, and juice. Pour into 9 inch pastry-lined pie plate - top with lattice crust. Flute edges and bake in hot (400 degree) oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve warm.
