HOMEMADE EGG NOODLES 
2 eggs
2 tbsp. cream
1/4 tsp. salt

Beat with a fork until well blended. Add flour to make stiff dough. Put out on floured board and knead until pretty stiff. Roll out thin, keeping plenty of flour under and on top of dough. Cut and let dry at least 1 hour. Put into boiling broth; cook about 30 minutes.
