HOLIDAY FRUIT CAKE | |
2 pkg. Pillsbury Quick bread mix, nut & date 4 c. milk 1 c. oil 6 eggs 2 c. raisins 2 c. pecans (halves or chopped) 3 c. candied fruit 2 tbsp. allspice (if desired) Heat oven to 350 degrees. Make 10 inch baby loaf pans or 5 big pans. Combine eggs, milk and oil in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; stir by hand until combined. Bake at 350 degrees for 75-85 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. For top: Cut up candied pineapple cherry corn syrup. |
