GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST (9 inch pan) :

1 1/4 c. crumbs
1/4 c. butter
2 dashes nutmeg

Combine crumbs, butter and nutmeg. Press into pie pan. Bake 15-20 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cool for 5 or 6 minutes.

FILLING:

2 beaten eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 lg. and 1 sm. Philadelphia cream cheese

Soften cheese; add eggs, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. Beat.

TOPPING:

1 c. Knudsen sour cream
3 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Spread over pie and bake for 10 minutes. Cool and refrigerate for 5 hours.
