ASPARAGUS CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 1/2 c. cooked asparagus, cuts and tips
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. chicken consomme (med. can)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine chicken, asparagus and water chestnuts in greased casserole. Heat consomme, blend in flour and seasonings. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Yields 4 to 6 servings. Ham may be substituted for chicken.
