CHOCOLATE CAKE - LO FAT 
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. whole wheat pastry flour
1/4 c. oat bran, processed until fine as flour
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
3 egg whites
1/3 c. canola oil
1 c. cold water
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. white wine vinegar

Combine first 7 ingredients and blend with slotted spoon.

Combine egg whites, canola oil, water, vanilla and vinegar - beat well.

Add liquid ingredients with dry and mix quickly with slotted spoon until all flour is moistened and batter is smooth.

Pour into 8x8 inch pan, sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake 375 degrees 20-25 minutes or until cake shrinks from side of pan.
