PORK CHOPS & CORN 
1 can cream corn
2 tbsp. onion, minced
1 tbsp. green pepper
1 tsp. salt & pepper
2/3 c. bread crumbs

Coat chops with mustard and brown. Layer on bottom of casserole or pan. Put 1 cup water in pan of fat and boil. Pour over chops. Put the rest of ingredients over this. Bake "covered". Last 15 minutes, bake "uncovered". Total baking time is 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
