FRUIT PIZZA 
1 (18 oz.) rolled refrigerated sugar cookie
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (softened)
1 pt. fresh strawberries (halved)
1 (1 lb.) can sliced cling peaches (drained)
2 or 3 fresh bananas (sliced)
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks (drained)
1 (4 1/2 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip (thawed)

Cut cookies in 1/8 inch slices. Arrange on slightly greased pizza pan. Arrange in circle, overlapping, starting about 1/4 inch from rim of pan. Press to make solid crust. Bake at 300 degrees until outer edge is slightly brown, about 10 minutes. Center will not be brown.

Blend cream cheese and Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust.

Arrange strawberry halves around outer edge of filling. Place banana slices next to strawberries overlapping slightly.
