RANCH HOUSE COOKIES 
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. soft butter
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. oatmeal, uncooked
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips

Combine first 4 ingredients; set aside. Combine next 5 ingredients; beat until fluffy. Slowly add flour mixture to fluffy mixture. Stir in oatmeal and butterscotch chips. Drop by tablespoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 7 to 9 minutes.
