BREAKFAST SANDWICH 
1 slice pocket bread
1 hard boiled egg
1 oz. cheese - cheddar or Monterey Jack
2 slices tomato
Sprouts (optional)

Peel and slice hard boiled egg. Grate cheese. Place cheese and egg in pocket bread and microwave approximately 25 seconds or until cheese is melted. Add tomato slices and sprouts. Enjoy.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
