HOT SPICY MEAT BALLS 
SAUCE:

3/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. cider ketchup
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
3 drops Tabasco sauce

Mix all sauce ingredients in bowl. Set aside.

MEATBALLS:

3/4 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 1/2 tbsp. minced onion
2 eggs, beaten
3 drops Tabasco sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix all meat ball ingredients. Shape into 3/4 balls. Brown meat balls in 2 tablespoons butter over direct heat until brown on all sides. Pour off any remaining fat. Pour sauce over meatballs. Cover and continue to cook about 10 minutes. Serve from chafing dish over hot water or in a crock pot. Serve with toothpicks. Makes 3 dozen.
