LASAGNE FOR FOUR 
6 lasagne noodles
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
1 c. ricotta cheese
1 pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese
Chopped parsley
Grated Parmesan cheese

Cook noodles according to package directions. Brown meat; drain off fat and add spaghetti sauce. Simmer 10 minutes. Mix cheeses with parsley.

Spread 1/3 of meat sauce in baking dish. Top with 3 noodles and half of cheese mixture. Cheese mixture can be dropped on, no need to spread carefully. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and repeat layers. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
