APRICOT JAM 
3 1/2 c. fruit
1/3 c. lemon juice
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. or 1/2 bottle Certo Pectin

Heat to full rolling boil and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add Certo Pectin. Skim off foam for 5 minutes. Seal with 1/4" hot paraffin.
