3 lb. hamburger
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
1 1/2 pkg. crackers, crushed
1 c. milk
3/4 c. ketchup
4 carrots
1 lb. sausage
2 eggs
4 med. potatoes

Mix hamburger, sausage, onion soup mix, crackers, milk, egg, and ketchup. Shape into oval shape in center of baking dish. Pour some ketchup over top. Peel potatoes and carrots, diced, and place around meatloaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
