MINUTE FUDGE FROSTING 
1 1/2 one oz. unsweetened chocolate finely cut
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. fat
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Place chocolate, sugar, milk, fat and salt in a sauce pan. Bring slowly to a full boil and boil 1 minute. Beat until lukewarm. Let cool. Add vanilla and beat until thick enough to spread.
