PHILLIPINO BEEF AND GARBANZO BEANS | |
Stew meat (small pieces) boiled. In Dutch oven or casserole dish brown garlic in oil then add onions. Add beef, removed from broth, add salt, pepper, and MSG (optional), and enough beef broth to cover. Boil about 10-15 minutes. Add carrots (sliced) cook about 10 minutes. Add 1/2 can of young baby corn (sliced) and green bell peppers. 1 can garbonzo beans and rest of corn. Simmer until ready. |
