ORZO SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. chopped onion (optional)
1 can Veg-All
3 beef bouillon cubes
3/4 c. orzo (rice shaped macaroni)
1 large can crushed tomatoes

Brown beef and onion, add veg-all with liquid, then 3 cans full of water (2 cans if you like thick soup), add cubes, tomatoes and orzo; bring to a boil and stir, simmer for 1/2 hour, stir frequently, salt to taste. Better next day.
