APRICOT NECTAR CAKE 
1 lg. pkg. yellow cake mix
1 box lemon Jello
3/4 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
6 oz. can apricot nectar
1 tsp. lemon extract

Pour in Bundt pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Glaze with 1 cup powdered sugar and juice of 1 lemon.
