YOGURT SHAKES 
1 can (20 oz.) sliced peaches, in lite syrup, drained
2 containers (8 oz. each) raspberry low-fat yogurt
1 c. skim milk
6 ice cubes
Raspberries for garnish

BERRY-ORANGE SHAKE:

1 lg. orange
1 pt. strawberries, hulled
2 containers (8 oz. each) vanilla low-fat yogurt
1 c. skim milk
6 ice cubes

For BERRY-PEACH SHAKE: Reserve 4 peach slices for garnish. In blender, in batches if necessary, blend all ingredients. Pour into tall glasses; garnish.

For BERRY-ORANGE SHAKE: Cut 4 slices from orange; reserve with 4 strawberries for garnish. In blender, blend all ingredients. Pour into glasses; garnish.

Makes 4 servings.
