1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 stick butter, melted

Mix well and press into bottom of 9 inch pan. Bake 17 minutes at 375 degrees.

SECOND LAYER:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. whipping cream or Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese

Mix well and spread over first layer.

THIRD LAYER:

2 boxes instant pudding (sm.)
1 chocolate - 1 vanilla or use butterscotch instead of chocolate
