BROCCOLI AND CHEESE BAKE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut broccoli, cooked and drained
2 eggs well beaten
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 can cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
3 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese

Beat eggs with oregano, pour over broccoli in a 2 quart greased casserole. Spoon soup over and top with tomatoes, juice and all. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
