CHICKEN ENCHILADAS 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
4 oz. diced green chilies
1 sliced green onion
10-12 flour tortillas
Jack cheese
Cheddar cheese
6 boiled chicken breasts, shredded
Dorito chips

Combine soup, sour cream, green chilies and green onion and mix well. Spread some sauce on bottom of 9x13 pan. Fill tortillas with chicken, Jack cheese and 2 tablespoons of sauce and roll.

Cover all enchiladas with remaining sauce. Sprinkle Jack cheese over all. Sprinkle some cheddar cheese and crushed Doritos over the enchiladas for color. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Let stand 15 minutes.
