CHICKEN FAJITAS 
2/3 c. commercial zesty Italian salad dressing
2/3 c. soy sauce
8 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
2 med. onions, cut into strips
8 (8 1/2 inch) flour tortillas
1 lg. green pepper
Grated Cheddar cheese (optional)
Picante sauce (optional)
Sour cream (optional)

Combine salad dressing and soy sauce in an 8-inch square dish, set aside 1/4 cup of marinade. Add chicken to dish and stir and coat. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Saute onion and green pepper in reserved 1/4 cup of marinade. Grill chicken, baste with marinade. Cut chicken into 1/4 inch wide strips. Heat tortillas according to package.

To serve, spoon chicken onto tortillas; top with peppers, onion, picante sauce, cheese, and sour cream.
