SPINACH PIE 
2 lbs. spinach
1 bunch green onions
1 lg. Greek feta cheese
1/2 lb. cottage cheese
6 eggs
1 lb. butter, melted
1 lb. pastry sheets

Clean and wash spinach and drain in colander. Chop spinach in large bowl. Add feta cheese, cottage cheese and eggs. Mix thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Grease 10x15 pan and place 1/2 of pastry sheets in pan brushing each sheet with butter. Spread with mixture evenly and cover with remaining sheets of pastry, buttering each one. Brush top sheet and cut into 3 inch squares. Cook in 300 degree oven until golden brown - no time limit - just check color.
