SPINACH SALAD 
DRESSING:

1 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 med. onion, minced
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. ketchup

SALAD:

2 bags spinach
2 cans sliced water chestnuts
5 hard-boiled eggs
1 can bean sprouts
1 lb. bacon

DRESSING: Mix all together.

SALAD: Wash spinach and tear into pieces. Drain water chestnuts, chop eggs, chill bean sprouts and then drain. Fry bacon until crisp and then crumble. Mix all together. Mix dressing and pour over salad and mix before serving.
