PEACHES AND CREAM CHEESE PIE 
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. softened butter
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
3 1/4 oz. pkg. dry vanilla pudding mix (not instant)

Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom and sides of 9 inch deep dish pie pan. After combining above ingredients, pour into prepared pan. Place over batter one can (15-20 oz.) sliced peaches, well drained. Reserve juice. Combine in small bowl and beat at medium speed 8 oz. softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, 3 Tbsp. reserved juice. Spoon this mixture to within one inch of side of pie dish - if it touches side of dish, it will cook over. Sprinkle cinnamon over cream cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 30 -35 minutes until crust is golden. Filling will appear soft.
