FRUIT PIZZA 
1 roll Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough
12 oz. Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 kiwi fruit
1 1/2 pt. strawberries, sliced in half
Short can of pineapple tidbits
1 banana
Peaches, optional

Press out cookie dough on 12 inch pizza pan and cook for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix cream cheese and Cool Whip with a mixer. Spread on top of cooled crust.

Combine orange juice, lemon juice, water, sugar and cornstarch. Cook in double boiler until thick. Cool completely. Arrange fruit on top of filling and pour glaze over fruit. Glaze must be cool or bananas will turn dark.
