PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1/4 lb. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 med. can pineapple chunks, drained
5 slices bread, broken up

Grease 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cream butter and sugar. Add well beaten eggs. Stir in pineapple. Stir in bread thoroughly.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until brown. Can be eaten hot or cold.
