BOAT CHEF FISH 
Fish fillets
Mayonnaise
Fresh tomatoes
Lemon
Onion

Place each fillet on large piece of tin foil. Spread each fillet with mayonnaise. Slice very thin tomato, lemon and onions. Alternate each down length of fillet allowing some overlap. Seal in tin foil. Place in moderate oven at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Sauce may be poured off into individual side dishes to be used as dip for fish. This dish is exceptionally good with baked potato. Slice potato in half and also wrap in tin foil and cook on 500 degrees approximately 1/2 hour before fish fillets.
